What is the easiest way to book?
What happens after I book?
After you’ve booked your tour with us, you will get a confirmation email that will include all information that you’ve decided on while booking the tour. All you have to do from that moment is show up at the scheduled time, and enjoy the ride.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling the tour is available 72 hours (3 Days) prior the tour. After that time frame rescheduling the tour is not available.
Cancellation Policy for Goddess Day Tour
For all Goddess Day experiences, any payment made for a reservation can be fully refunded within 48 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, payments are non-refundable.
All activities proceed rain or shine! We provide ample cover and, often, passing rain doesn’t hinder the fun. In case of inclement weather, start and end times might adjust. We’ll refund proportionately for lost time due to itinerary changes initiated by the host. No refunds for late group arrivals or early trip endings. Exception: If unsafe weather leads to cancellation, you can reschedule Mon-Thurs within 10 years or get a refund minus a 25% deposit. Opting for the deposit refund removes rescheduling. The unreimbursed amount covers management processing and logistical costs. We can’t accommodate cancellations due to extreme temperatures. Keep this in mind when booking. By reserving, you accept these terms for your Goddess Day retreat.
